以带有不同白粉病病斑面积比例的腰果种子为材料,研究不同白粉病侵染程度的腰果种子发芽率及其幼苗生长的差异。结果表明,白粉病病斑面积比例为100%的腰果种子,其发芽率及其幼苗叶片数、直径、株高、叶长、叶宽总体上均显著低于病斑面积比例小于100%的处理;病斑面积比例在50%~99%之间的腰果种子与病斑面积比例小于50%的种子相比,前者幼苗直径显著低于后者,发芽率及其幼苗株高、叶长、叶宽之间的差异未达显著水平。建议在选择腰果种子用于育苗时,选择白粉病病斑面积比例低于50%的种子,以确保种子发芽率及幼苗质量。受白粉病侵染的腰果种子发芽率与其幼苗生长指标之间显著正相关,发芽率高的种子,其幼苗生长相对较好。
Abstract:Took cashew seeds with different damage area by PMD as test object,studied the difference of germination rate and seedling growth of cashew seeds which were infected by PMD in different degree.The results indicated that,the germination rate,seedling leaf number,diameter,plant height,leaf length and leaf width of cashew seeds with 100% damage area by PMD were significantly lower than that with damage area below 100%.The seedling diameter of cashew seeds with 50% to 99% damage area by PMD was significantly lower than that with damage area below 50%,and the differences of germination rate,seedling leaf number,plant height,leaf length and leaf width between the two kinds of seeds above were not significant.So suggest that choose cashew seeds whose damage area by PMD was below 50% for seedling,in order to ensure the germination rate and the quality of the seedling.Significant positive correlations were found between the germination rate and the seedling growth parameters of cashew seeds infected by PMD,the seedling grew better when the germination rate of the seeds was higher.
